Close the file. 3. Approve the appropriate letters.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to: 1. find reason to believe that SEIU Local 250, Sal Rosselli, John Borsos, and the SEIU Committee on Political Education and Anna Burger, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(b)(3). 2. Find reason to believe that SEIU Local 250, Sal Rosselli, John Borsos, and the SEIU Committee on Political Education and Anna Burger, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441e. 3. Find reason to believe that SEIU Local 250, Sal Rosselli, and John Borsos violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a). 4.
