DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-1, on a pre-meeting tally, to take the following actions in MUR 5379:1. Accept the conciliation agreement with CAC-Florida Medical Centers, LLC (f/k/a CarePlus Medical Centers, Inc.) and CarePlus Health Plans, Inc., as recommended in General Counsel's Report #4 dated April 30, 2008.2. Accept the conciliation agreement with Heriberto Valdes, as recommended in General Counsel's Report #4 dated April 30, 2008.3. Take no further action as to Miguel B. Fernandez.4. Close the file.5. Approve the appropriate letters.
