DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5366: 1. Accept the signed conciliation agreement with Tab Turner and Turner & Associates, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated May 4, 2006. 2. Accept the signed conciliation agreement with Edwards for President and Julius Chambers, in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated May 4, 2006.3. Take no action as to John Edwards.4. Sever the following respondents from this matter and open a new MUR for them: Pierce O'Donnell, O'Donnell Shaeffer Mortimer LLP, Christina Andujo, Hilda Escobar, Jacqueline Folsom, Russell Folsom, Anita Latinovic; Else Latinovic, Mary O'Donnell, Meghan O'Donnell, Elizabeth Owen, Bert Rodriguez, Johnny Rodriguez, Rafael Velasco, Gerald Wahl, Helen Wahl, Harry Silberman, Dolores Valdez, Carole Handler, Christine Pagac, Clyde Hettrick, Dawn O'Donnell, John Shaeffer, Ann Marie Mortimer, Joseph Brant, Belynda Reck, Gary Urwin, Lisa Brant, Timothy Toohey, Michael Krupin, Linda Larson, Milan Panic, Robert Silverman, Kathleen Silverman, Monica Hereida, and Philip Anthony.5. Find reason to believe that Brenda Gwin violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f. 3.Find reason to believe that Neal and Elizabeth Turner violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f. 4.Approve the appropriate factual and legal analyses. 5.Approve the appropriate letters.
Decided by vote 6-0 to 1. Find RTB that Tab Turner and Turner & Associates knowingly and willfully violated 2 U.S.C. 441b and 441f. 2. Find RTB that Michelle Abu-Halimeh, Amy Parker, Diana Harcourt, and Jennifer Keylon violated 2 U.S.C. 441f. 3. Find RTB that O'Donnell & Shaeffer knowingly and willfully violated 2 U.S.C. 441f. 4. Find RTB that the following individuals violated 2 U.S.C. 441f: Else Latinovic, Anita Latinovic, Carole Handler, Christine Pagac, Clyde Hettrick, Dawn O'Donnell, John Shaeffer, Pierce O'Donnell, Ann Marie Mortimer, Joseph Brant, Belynda Reck, Gary Erwin, Hilda Escobar, Lisa Brant, Meghan O'Donnell, and Timothy Toohey. 5. Take no actions at this time against John Edwards and Edwards for President and Julius Chambers, as treasurer. 6. Find no RTB that any of the following respondents violated the Act in this matter and close the file as it pertains to them: Howarth & Smith; Robinson, Calcagnie & Robinson; Shernoff, Bidart & Darras LLP; Wilkes & McHugh; Donna Hosea; Don Howarth; Robert Kern; Stacy Kern; Linda Moen; Elaine Reeves; Vikki Sanchez; and Suzelle Smith. 7. Approve the appropriate factual and legal analyses, as necessary, as recommended in the First GC Report dated April 8, 2004. 8.
