DISPOSITION: Decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MURs 5350, 5354 and 5361:
1. Rescind the Commission?s previous determination to find to believe that the Schneider for Congress Committee and Harold Schneider, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §441d(a)(1) in connection with the failure of disclaimer to state who paid for political contributions and take no further action.
2. Find reason to believe the Schneider for Congress Committee Harold Schneider, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §441d(a)(1) in connection with the failure of disclaimers to state who paid for political communications and take no further action.
Decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MURs 5350, 5354, and 5361:
1. Find no reason to believe that Michael J. Shelton violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d.
2. Find reason to believe that the Schneider for Congress Committee and Harold Schneider, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d(a)(1) in connection with the failure of disclaimers to state who paid for political contributions and take no further action.
3. Find reason to believe that Michael J. Shelton violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a(a)(1)(A) and (a)(3) and take no further action.
4. Find reason to believe that Marilyn Harwell violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(a)(1)(A) and take no further action.
5. Find reason to believe that the Schneider for Congress Committee and Harold Schneider, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(f) and take no further action.
6. Find no reason to believe that Harold Schneider violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f.
7. Find no reason to believe that Samuel Schneider violated 2 U.S.C. 441f.
8. Find no reason to believe that Jane Trainor violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f.

27. Find reason to believe that the Schneider for Congress Committee and Harold Schneider, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 433(c) and send an admonishment letter.
28. Take no action with respect to the allegations in MURs 5350 and 5354 that the Schneider for Congress Committee, and Harold Schneider, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b).
29. Find no reason to believe that Jan Schneider violated the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended, or Commission regulations in connection with MUR 5350.
30. Approve the appropriate letters.
31. Close the files in MURs 5350, 5354, and 5361.
