DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5 - 0 to take the following actions in MURs 5334, 5341, and 5524:1. Accept the signed conciliation agreement, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #3 dated February 17, 2006.2. Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #3 dated February 17, 2006.3. Close the file.
