Accept the conciliation agreement with John Swallow for Congressand Stanley R. de Waal, in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #7 dated February 5, 2007.2. Approve the appropriate letters.3. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5333:1. Accept the conciliation agreement and close the file as to the Robert Browning Lichfield Family Limited Partnership and Robert B. Lichfield, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #6 dated November 13, 2006.2. Approve the appropriate letter, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #6 dated November 13, 2006.
