Curran, as treasurer; or Charter Oak Democratic Victory Fund and Dianne Eppinger, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 441a, 2 U.S.C. 441f, or 11 CFR 110.3(d) in connection with the transactions identified in the complaint. (2) Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated March 5, 2002. (3) Close the file.
