DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MURs 5112 and 5383:1.Take no further action against the Federer for Congress Committee

send an admonishment letter.
2.Take no further action against Paul A. Matteucci in MUR 5383 and
send an admonishment letter.
3.Close the files in MURs 5383 and 5112.
4.Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General
Counsel's Report dated August 2, 2004.
Decided by vote 6-0 to take the following actions: MUR 5039R: (1) Find no RTB that Federer for Congress Committee and Thomas M. Busken, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 434(b) and 441a(f). (2) Find no RTB that Mark Ludwig violated any provision of the Act in MUR 5039R. (3) Find no RTB that William J. Federer violated any provision of the Act in MUR 5039R. (4) Close the file in MUR 5039R.(5) Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the GC Report dated August 19, 2003. MUR 5112: (6) Find RTB that Federer for Congress Committee and Thomas M.
