(4) Find RTB that the 1996 Committee on Arrangements for the Republican National Convention and Alec Poitevint, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 437(2) by failing to report the receipt of the in-kind contribution from the San Diego Host Committee, but take no further action.
