Find no reason to believe that Acacia National Mortgage Corporation violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d(a). 3. Find no reason to believe that Gerald Youhanaie violated 2 U.S.C.§ 441d(a). 4. Find no reason to believe that j2 Global Communications, Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d(a). 5. Close the file.6. Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report #2 dated October 27, 2004.
Failed in vote 2-4 to pass a motion to: Find RTB that Anthony "Todd" Banasack violated 2 U.S.C. 441h and authorize OGC to conduct discovery to explore the 2 U.S.C. 441h theory.
