(2) Close the file. (3) Approve the appropriate letter.
Decided by vote 4-1 to: (1) Find RTB that the Friends of Joe Baca and Joe Baca, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 441a(f), 441b(a), 434(a)(6)(A), (b)(4), and (b)(8). (2) Find no RTB that the Friends of Joe Baca and Joe Baca, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 432(i) and 434(a)(2)(B)(ii). (3) Find no RTB that Joe Baca, as candidate, violated any provision of the Act. (4) Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated April 12, 2001. (5) Approve the conciliation agreement, as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated April 12, 2001, with a revised civil penalty of $3900 to reflect an additional $500 for failure to file Schedule Ds. (6) Approve the appropriate letters.
