(3) Find RTB that Corey For Senate and treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. 434(b)(2)(d), 2 U.S.C. 434(b)(3)(d) and 2 U.S.C. 441a(f), and take no further action. (4) Close the file. (5) Approve the appropriate letter, as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated July 12, 2000.
