Find no RTB that AT&T Corporation made a prohibited contribution to the Clinton/Gore '96 General Committee, Inc., in violation of 2 U.S.C. 441b(a), take no further action, and close the file as it relates to AT&T Corporation. Commissioners Mason, McDonald, Smith, and Thomas voted affirmatively for the decision.
