Decided by vote 5-1 to: 1) Reject Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Employees' Political Participation Fund A request for no further action. 2) Approve a ten-day conciliation period prior to a finding of PCTB from the time Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Employees' Political Participation Fund A receives notification of the Commission's determination, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated February 25, 2000. 3) Approve the proposed conciliation agreement, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated February 25, 2000. 4) Approve the appropriate letter, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated February 25, 2000.
