Campau, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 441a(f), 441b(a), and 11 CFR 102.5(a)(1)(i), 104.10(b), and 106.5(a) and (g) in Audit Referral #00-06. 3. Find RTB that the Michigan Republican State Committee and Robert M. Campau, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 434(b)(4) and 441a(a)(2)(A), but take no further action. 4. Open a MUR in Audit Referral #01-03. 5. Find RTB that the Michigan Republican State Committee and Robert M. Campau, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 441a(f), 441b(a), and 11 CFR 102.5(a)(1)(i), 104.10(b), and 106.5(a) and (g) in Audit Referral #01-03. 6. Enter into conciliation prior to a finding of PCTB with the Michigan Republican State Committee and Robert M. Campau, as treasurer, in Audit Referral #00-06 and Audit Referral #01-03. 7. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the GC Report dated July 11, 2002. 8. Approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the GC Report dated July 11, 2002; subject to the following revisions: a) Revise the civil penalty amount to $50,000; b) Attachment 7, Page 5, Lines 9 through 14: delete Paragraph #13; c) Attachment 7, Page 6: delete the word "that" which appears at the beginning of Line 5; d) Attachment 7, Page 7, revise the middle of Line 18 to read: "...reimburse its non-federal account..." 9. Approve the appropriate letters.
