PAC and its treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 434(a)(4)(A)(i), and enter into conciliation with Respondents prior to a finding of PCTB. 3. Approve the appropriate Factual and Legal Analysis, Conciliation Agreement, and the appropriate letter, as recommended in the GC June 9, 1999 report, subject to revision of the conciliation agreement to provide for a civil penalty of One Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars ($1200.00).
