(3) Find RTB that Steven Ritvo violated 2 U.S.C. 441a(a)(1)(A), and take no further action. (4) Find RTB that the Iberia Parish Democratic Committee violated 2 U.S.C. 441a(a)(1)(A), and take no further action. (5) Close the file as it pertains to Steven Ritvo and the Iberia Parish Democratic Committee. (6) Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated May 17, 1999. (7) Approve the conciliation agreement, as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated May 17, 1999. (8) Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated May 17, 1999.
