(3) Enter into pre-probable cause conciliation with WPXI, Inc.; Pamela Spagnol; Robert Morford; and Carrie Moniot. (4) Approve the proposed factual and legal analyses for Robert Morford and Carrie Moniot as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated May 5, 2000. (5) Approve the proposed conciliation agreement as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated May 5, 2000, with a revised civil penalty of $1000. (6) Send the appropriate letters.
Decided by vote 6-0 to 1. Find RTB that WPXI, Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. 441b and 2 U.S.C. 441f. 2. Find RTB that Pamela Spagnol violated 2 U.S.C. 441f. 3. Take no action at this time with respect to recommendation number 3 in the April 2, 1999 GC report. 4. Approve appropriate Factual and Legal Analyses. 5. Direct OGC to conduct further investigation. 6. Approve appropriate letters.
