Back in MUR 4395. 2. Approve the appropriate letter, as recommended in the GC Report dated November 3, 1999. 3. Close the file in MUR 4395. MUR 4480: 4. Find no RTB that the Clinton/Gore '96 Primary Committee, Inc. and Joan Pollitt, as treasurer violated any provision of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, 2 U.S.C. 431-455 or the Presidential Primary Matching Payment Account Act, as amended, 26 U.S.C. 9031-9042 with respect to the allegations in the complaint filed by Richard A. Delgaudio in MUR 4480. 5. Find no RTB that Richard Morris violated any provision of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, 2 U.S.C. 431-455 or the Presidential Primary Matching Payment Account Act, as amended, 26 U.S.C. 9031-9042 with respect to the allegations in the complaint filed by Richard A. Delgaudio in MUR 4480. 6. Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the GC Report dated November 3, 1999. 7. Close the file MUR 4480. MUR 4669: 8.
