Back in MUR 4395. 2. Approve the appropriate letter, as recommended in the GC Report dated November 3, 1999. 3. Close the file in MUR 4395. MUR 4480: 4. Find no RTB that the Clinton/Gore '96 Primary Committee, Inc. and Joan Pollitt, as treasurer violated any provision of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, 2 U.S.C. 431-455 or the Presidential Primary Matching Payment Account Act, as amended, 26 U.S.C. 9031-9042 with respect to the allegations in the complaint filed by Richard A.
