Enter into conciliation with respondents Habie, Walker, Weil, Herman, Pinkus and Sakolsky prior to a finding of probable cause to believe, and approve the conciliation agreements, as recommended in the GC Report dated August 23, 1999. 2. Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the GC Report dated August 23, 1999. 3. Approve the appropriate deposition Subpoenas to respondents Habie, Walker, Weil, Herman, Pinkus, and Sakolsky, as recommended in the GC Report dated August 23, 1999.
