DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in the above-captioned matter:
1. Accept the proposed Stipulation for Entry of Consent Judgment and Order and Judgment in settlement of this case, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Memorandum dated April 13, 2005.
2. Authorize the Office of the General Counsel to sign the proposed Stipulation for Entry of Consent Judgment.
3. Take no further action against John Pound, as treasurer.
4.Close the MUR file as to all respondents and send the appropriate
letters.

(2) Approve the conciliation agreement for Friends of Eric Serna for Congress, as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated March 8, 2002. (3) Authorize contingent suit authority. (4) Approve the appropriate letters.
