(3) Approve the appropriate letter, as recommended in the General Counsel Report #4 dated July 2, 2001.
Decided by vote 6-0 to: (1) Find RTB that Representative Merrill A. Cook, Cook Associates, Inc., the Cook 2000 Re- election Committee, and Camille Cook, as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. 441b. (2) Enter into conciliation with Representative Merrill A. Cook, Cook Associates, Inc., the Cook 2000 Re- election Committee and Camille Cook, as treasurer, prior to finding a PCTB. (3) Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses and proposed conciliation agreements and the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel Report #2 dated December 27, 2000.
