DISPOSITION: Decided by vote 4-0 on an amended pre-meeting tally vote, to take the following actions with respect to MURs 4291, et al.: (1) Take no further action and close the files with respect to all respondents in MURs 4291, 4307, 4328, 4338, 4463, 4500, 4501, 4513, 4555, 4573, and 4578 except the Democratic-Republican- Independent Voter Education Committee and C. Thomas Keegle, as treasurer. (2) Approve the appropriate letter, including admonishment language, directed to Sanders for Congress 2000 and Sara N. Burchard, as treasurer; as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated June 9, 2000. (3) Approve the appropriate letters, directed to all other respondents in these matters with respect to whom the Commission determines to take no further action, as recommended in the General Counsel Report dated June 9, 2000.
