Find PCTB in MUR 4317 that the Huckabee Election Committee (U.S. Senate) and Prissy Hickerson, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 441b, but take no further action with respect to this violation. 2. Reject recommendation number 2 in the GC March 19, 1999 report. 3. Find PCTB in MUR 4323 that the Huckabee Election Committee (U.S. Senate) and Prissy Hickerson, as treasurer, the Huckabee Election Committee and Prissy Hickerson, as treasurer, and The Honorable Mike Huckabee violated 2 U.S.C. 441b, but take no further action. 4. In MUR 4323 take no further action regarding a violation by the Huckabee Election Committee (U.S. Senate) and Prissy Hickerson, as treasurer, of 2 U.S.C. 434(b)(3)(A). 5. Close the files in these matters.

In MUR 4317 find no RTB that the Huckabee Election Committee (U.S. Senate) and Prissy Hickerson, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 441b by accepting contributions from the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Fort Smith and from Hudson, Cisne, Keeling- Culp & Company. 3. In MUR 4317 find no RTB that the Coca- Cola Bottling Company of Fort Smith, Hudson, Cisne, Keeling-Culp & Company and Delta Beverage Group, Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. 441b and close the file as to these respondents. 4. In MUR 4317 find RTB that the Huckabee Election Committee (U.S. Senate) and Prissy Hickerson, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 434(b)(3)(A). 5.
