All principal campaign committees of congressional candidates (including unopposed candidates and candidates whose names did not appear on the ballot) who sought election in the 2006 General Election must file a Post-General Election Report.
NOTE: In election years, the reporting period for the Post-General Election Report spans two election cycles. For this report only, committees should not use the normal Detailed Summary Page. Instead, committees should use the
Post-Election Detail Summary Page.
Reports sent by registered or certified mail must be postmarked by the mailing date (December 7, 2006). If using overnight mail, the delivery service must receive the report by the mailing date (December 7, 2006). Otherwise, they must be received by the filing date (December 7, 2006).
