New Jersey special election reporting: 10th Congressional District (2024)
New Jersey has scheduled special elections to fill the U.S. House seat in the 10th Congressional District held by the late Representative Donald M. Payne, Jr. The Special Primary Election will be held on July 16, 2024, and the Special General Election will be held on September 18, 2024.
Participating candidates must file additional reports in connection with these elections. PACs and party committees that do not file monthly and make previously undisclosed contributions or expenditures in connection with the special elections must also file additional reports. PACs and party committees that file monthly should continue to file according to their regular filing schedule.
