Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated January 12, 2024. d. Enter into conciliation with Country Over Party PAC (f/k/a Kinzinger for Congress) and Paul Kilgore in his official capacity as treasurer prior to a finding of probable cause to believe. e.
