DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5923:1. Accept the conciliation agreement with American Dream PAC and Cindy Barberio Payne, in her official capacity as Treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated October 24, 2007.2. Accept the conciliation agreement with Lydia Meuret, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated October 24, 2007.3. Close the file.4. Approve the appropriate letters.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in RADREF 06L-28:1. Open a MUR.2. Find reason to believe that Lydia Meuret knowingly and willfully violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 432(b)(3), 432(c), 434(b)(2)-(4), 434(b)(6)(B)(v), and 11 C.F.R. § 104.3(a), (b).3. Find reason to believe that the American Dream PAC and Cindy Barbiero Payne, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 432(c), 434(b)(2)-(4), 434(b)(6)(B)(v), and 11 C.F.R. § 104.3(a),(b).4........................
