REPORTING CHANGE
STATE FILING WAIVERS
Presidential, U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives candidates, Party Committees and PACs no longer have to file duplicate copies of their FEC campaign finance disclosure reports with the following 51 state and territory offices.*
Note: Regarding the disclosure of state and local campaign finance activity, contact the appropriate state office for information on applicable state reporting requirements.

Presidential, U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives candidates, PACs and Party Committees must continue to simultaneously file copies of reports and statements with the appropriate offices in those states/territories not listed above (Guam, Montana, Puerto Rico) until further notice. Updates to the list of states with filing waivers will be announced on the FEC Web page, http://www.fec.gov, and in the FEC Record newsletter.
