Overall Summary of Outside Spending

This summary includes Independent Expenditures (spending that expressly advocates the election or defeat of specified candidates and is not coordinated with campaigns or parties) made by individuals or groups. It also shows individuals and organizations who make electioneering communications (broadcast ads close to an election that make reference to a federal candidate and are targeted to the candidates' jurisdiction).
