Subject:	June 11th public hearing on the FECA's enforcement 
procedures


Dear Ms. Lebeaux,

Please accept this late request to testify at the hearing on June
11th.

I have represented a number of clients who have been the subject of
FEC investigations and enforcement actions.  One client, The Christian
Coalition, prevailed in court after a very extensive investigation.

I believe that the FEC would benefit from public testimony about our
experiences.  I request, therefore, that a representative of the Christian
Coalition and I be permitted to testify at the June 11th hearing.
