The Procurement and Contracting Office procures goods and services for the FEC. It oversees the acquisition process from "cradle to grave", from the procurements' inception to management and administration, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

Roshawn K. Majors joined the Federal Election Commission June 2012. She has 20 years of combined private sector and federal contracting experience. She has awarded various contract types in support of research and development, commercial supplies and services, and simplified acquisitions requirements. Most recently, Roshawn was a Supervisory Contracting Officer/Branch Chief in the Office of Acquisitions, NIH Office of the Director. While in that position, she developed a strategic vision for the branch and implemented an array of operational procedures to improve customer service and restore positive customer rapport. Roshawn is currently pursuing a dual Master's degree at the University of Maryland University College. |
