Use of reCAPTCHA

The Federal Election Commission website applies CAPTCHA testing using reCAPTCHA software. CAPTCHA tests are designed to differentiate a human from a computer and are used as a security feature to ensure that FEC forms are only accessed by human users. In order to limit accessibility challenges, reCAPTCHA asks users to type in text that is displayed in an obscured image and also described in an audio file. If you experience any issues accessing the reCAPTCHA test, please contact webmanager@fec.gov.
